Mr. Ruona is a hard working, creative thinker who was the lead investigator on successful matters ranging from the racketeering case on a U.S. Congressman and the investigation of judicial corruption in Pennsylvania, to a substantial fraud investigation in Afghanistan and a complex counterintelligence internal misconduct investigation. His work led to multiple convictions, including those of the Congressman and his associates, multiple Pennsylvania judges, corporate employees, government employees, political consultants, and others.
